Refund and Return Policy

You can return products purchased from My Supplements and More under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your product arrives damaged, defective, or in an unsatisfactory condition, you must document the unpacking process by recording a short video showing the condition of the product at the time of unboxing. This helps us understand the issue and process your return or exchange more efficiently. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the video, along with any additional details or photos.
    You will be entitled to a full refund or exchange based on the issue.

  • Incorrect Item:
    If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please make sure to record a video of the unboxing process and provide us with clear photos of the item received. You are eligible for a full refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Non-Defective Products:
    Due to the nature of our products, including skincare, supplements, and medicines, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective, opened, or used items unless there is a legitimate issue with the product. If the item is unopened, you may be eligible for a return under certain circumstances, such as a product recall or quality issue.

2. How to Record the Unboxing Video

For claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please follow these guidelines to ensure that the video is clear and comprehensive:

  1. Start by recording the unopened package: Before opening the package, show the shipping label, box condition, and any visible damage to the exterior.

  2. Open the package carefully: Record the unboxing step by step to capture the product's condition as it is revealed.

  3. Focus on the product’s condition: If the item is damaged or defective, zoom in on the damaged areas. If the wrong product was delivered, show the product and its packaging clearly.

  4. Ensure clarity and good lighting: Make sure the video is well-lit and that the condition of the item is clearly visible.

Additional Conditions for Returns

  • Timely Communication: Returns or claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

  • Restocking Fee: In the case of returned items due to customer error (e.g., wrong item ordered, change of mind), we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10-15% of the total order value, depending on the condition of the returned product.

  • Inspection Process: Returned items will be inspected before any refund or replacement is issued. If the returned product shows signs of misuse, tampering, or non-compliance with our return policy, we reserve the right to deny the return.
